A key service of Unicorn Solutions is providing consulting to individuals, organizations, and community groups. Unicorn Solutions can gather information, develop presentations, review content and policy, and provide feedback and recommendations.

Training
Unicorn Solutions offers pre-made as well as tailor-made training solutions, including workshops, webinars, short and long session training, and enhancement of existing training content and curriculum.
Examples of past training topics include: Supporting LGBTQ Youth, Digital Citizenship, Strategic Sharing and Youth Thrive. Coming soon: QPR Suicide Prevention training.
Speaking & Facilitation
Elliott Orrin Hinkle is a skilled speaker and facilitator. They have provided keynote speeches at national conferences for child and family serving organizations related to LGBTQ+ youth impacted by systems.
